Ventura County Live Steamers Runs the First Sunday of the Month and is Located in Filmore California off the 126 in a Setting of Beautiful Orange Groves. The Group is Laid Back and Extremely Helpful and Friendly to Visitors, New to the Hobby or an Old Timer Like Me. The Group Meets at Paul's Shop in Santa Paula on Tuesday Nights so contact them and Bring your Steamer out for a Hydro or Just hang out with this Great Group Of People. This Group has an Open Membership. They are Steam only with an Occasional Exception.
This Group has a Mile Long Main Line in 7 1/2" Gauge and they are Rebuilding there 4 3/4" and 3 1/2" Gauge Tracks. You must have a Membership with them before Operating any Equipment and the Equipment & Train Crew must Pass there Examining and Standards Committee Testing and Review. This is a Great Premier Facility and Fun for the Whole Family. Please Contact them before Visiting.
